“We would like to say that we cannot give you all the help we wish to if you close yourselves to the help we are offering. We are unable to help you if you do not want to awaken, if you do not want to become aware of the work to be accomplished.

" Of course, some of you have already done a lot of work, yet the work we judge to be essential for you remains to be done, i.e. a complete letting go of any past life experiences, of any negative emotions.

" This is your biggest hindrance. As long as you do not let go of things we consider little things of life, you will remain stuck at a certain level of consciousness. You will not allow the Divine Being within you to bring unity, to unite your totality; you will not allow your Divine Being the ability to reveal the true nature of Love to you.

" You are still in human Love, in emotional Love, sometimes in devotional Love but not in compassionate Love, in Love that raises you so high that you no longer have any feeling of either disapproval, or refusal, or revolt in relation to yourself, in relation to anything around you, in relation to any situation.

" We would like you to progress much faster – we say this now and we repeat it endlessly – time is running out and you must be ready to go beyond what we call the little miseries of life, to hurry and reach the essential so that you are able to see your own reality at last and to see at last the true face of Love within you and around you.

" We are saying all this, for you are still very much children, very fragile in relation to past life experiences. You let yourselves be destabilized very easily and this is what we would like you to work on much more strongly.

"Wounds to your self-esteem that hurt you badly are of no importance. They come from your ‘little me', from your personality, and you must understand that what we desire for you is that you go beyond the consciousness of your personality.

" Of course, the steps you still have to climb to reach the Divine within you are the most difficult; however, when you have really begun to climb these steps toward the summit, it will be like a blaze of universal Love and you will climb very quickly.

" Reflect upon your behavior, upon your attitudes in relation to yourself and in relation to others, upon your attitudes in relation to life.

" Imagine that you are in an immense square where there is a multitude of human beings like you, and you are among them. What can you see around you when you are in this crowd? You see those who are nearest, and if you raise your eyes you may see parts of houses, pieces of sky or trees, but what can you really see? You cannot see beyond what you are allowed to see through your human eyes.

"Truly imagine that you are in this crowd and that you feel an immense desire to climb above it to be able to see everything around you, to be able to fly over, go beyond and see all from above. You are free, there is nothing to hinder you. You can see in front of you, behind you, upward, on each side; you can see the crowd where you were standing a few minutes ago, where you were feeling stifled. Now you are free, free to go even higher to get a much wider view of what is around you and of yourself.

" Do not remain a prisoner of the crowd. Always try as much as you can to find a way to rise above it, above events, above experiences. Imagine that you are in a difficult situation and visualize yourself above it and above the experiences you have gone through. Try to see them differently, with different eyes, with a lot of compassion for yourself as well as for the experience you are going through.

"If you rise above difficult experiences you are going through, you will realize that what sometimes appears to be a huge mountain is in fact only a large pebble that each of you can step over very easily.

" Children of the earth, during the huge storm that is being heralded, it will be more and more difficult for you, for some time, to be Bearers of Light, for certain forces will try to extinguish the Light you bear. This is why you must learn to always rise above situations, not to be afraid, to trust and to have confidence.

" If you have confidence in yourselves and in us and if you really desire to bear the Light as high as possible, the forces that will try to hinder you will have no power over you. Yet you must know that these forces have a thousand and one faces to stop or to slow down your journey toward the Light.

" Our hearts are sad to see humanity having so many difficulties in awaking to a consciousness of Peace and Love, in awaking to a spiritual consciousness.

" There is and there will be immense suffering before the rebirth, but we do not want you to suffer thus. That is why you must prepare and must go beyond everything, whatever happens to you. You must let go and must accept.

"Nothing serious, nothing irreparable can happen to you. Life is the most beautiful gift of your Father and He has put many little lights, many little flowers of Love to encourage you, to guide you on your path.

" Before being able to rise above all situations, you must make complete peace within yourself, there must be no more backward looking, no more rancor, no more bitterness. You must feel compassion toward yourself and forgiveness for yourself must be total.

"You must know that each action – good, not so good or bad – you have gone through was wanted and was thought of for your evolution, partly by yourself and partly by your guides and invisible masters. So you must not feel any guilt for anything that you have perhaps experienced, for anything that was said or was done, as this belongs to the plan of evolution of each of you.

" It is absolutely necessary, once you have been through the experience, not to look back on the past to bring it to life again.

" An experience you have been through must systematically lead you to another experience. Thus forget all the annoyances caused by the previous experience, have no useless regret, just remember the memories of joy, of Love and of Peace. Learn as well to see yourselves differently, to see yourselves with your beautiful face of Light, learn not to utter any more words or sentences that can belittle you, learn not to judge any longer and not to judge your brothers any longer.

" You are perfect and you must remain thus. No one, not even yourself, can judge you, for everything you are doing rightly or wrongly is necessary for the experiences which you must go through and for your evolution . "
