" The best way to get to know your guide is to gain a state of silence through meditation and to listen: you will be very surprised to hear a certain guidance. You will no doubt think, first of all, that this comes merely from yourself, but the more you become accustomed to it, the more you will realise that this guidance comes from outside of you, or else within you, but that is does not belong to your own personality.

" You will recognize this guidance when, after meditating and emptying your mind, the answer to a question asked mentally will come very quickly, without giving you the time for reflection. The answer may be given by means of a symbol, an image that you can actually see, or through sound or telepathy.

" Ask the question which is troubling you and wait. You might not get the reply the first time, nor even the second or third time: you will need to be patient.

" This is a process that you will recognize after, of course, having worked above all on your thoughts, and on achieving a calm state of mind. You will not be able to receive anything unless you do achieve a calm state of mind: this is why we emphasize the importance of meditation and prayer, because you will live through very disturbed and very turbulent times, and it will be necessary for you to have a personal guidance during this period.

" You will also be able to obtain answers through your dreams, as dreams are very important and are also a form of guidance for human beings. But do not hurry to become a channel just because it is ‘fashionable.'

" We know that when the time is ripe you will very easily get in touch with your personal guide. It is not advisable to consult people who are able to get in touch with your guides for you, as in doing so you will not evolve; you must be very vigilant, because when these people are not prepared, when they have not reached a certain level of consciousness, even if they are mediums or channels, they may well get in contact with lower astral planes which will lead them in a negative direction, in which they will have fun at their own expense, but above all at yours.

" You alone must learn how to get in touch with your guide . If you are alone and need guidance, you cannot be helped by somebody from outside; you must therefore learn to get by alone as, confronted by this or that situation in life, you will then realize how precious an inner guidance really is.

" We can confirm to you that if you work sufficiently on yourself you will get there, for the guidance is in each one of you, but there is too much ‘ noise' in you for you to be able to hear it.

" Learn inner calm, inner silence. External silence is easy, but inner silence is much more difficult. Learn it, for it will be necessary to you so that you can carry on your path under optimal conditions, either through what we tell you or through a religion or a philosophy. The inner silence is necessary for a very good approach to spiritual and personal development."

What is the difference between appealing to our guides or to our angel guardians?

" There is no difference. You simply call and the call will go where it must go, i.e. towards the entity who guides you, who helps you.

" If it is easier for you to pray by directing your prayers towards the Father, or towards Jesus, the Virgin Mary, the angel guardians, or the Beings of Light, this is of no importance. The main thing is to send out a wish, or a prayer, to get in touch with the dimension where all those who help you are to be found. Be certain that the prayer will go where it should go and will be granted according to the sincerity of your request.

" It does not matter to whom you direct this prayer, the name is not important. Names are limits and now you should function without limits: names are brakes and you should take these brakes off."

Do we have one spiritual guide or several, and how can we get in touch with them ?

" When you come into incarnation one or two guides, but often two guides, are allocated to you for your whole existence in this world. Other guides come but they will be your teachers according to the specific task you have to do. These latter can change according to your evolution and to the work you must accomplish.

" To help you there are also near to you, every time they are able to be there, the beings dear to you who have left this world, and who help with all their Love to show you the way, to help you on your path.

" You must understand that you are never alone: all you have to do is to ask for their help. When you ask for help from your spiritual guides, do not do it with your mind full of your various suffering and problems, thinking of a thousand and one things at the same time. Try to first get into a state of meditation or prayer, and build a bridge to them.

" When you fully awake the Divine Self who lives within you, you will no longer need a guide, because the Divine Self is the most trustworthy guide you can have.

" However as long as you do not have the capacity to reach your Divine Self, it is easier to ask help from your guides

" The more you progress the more you will ask help from your interior being. You have not yet awoken this. Of course it is more awake in some people than in others. The Divine Self is linked to the Father, as this is where the particle of divinity resides.

" So, why ask your guides when you can ask everything of the Father who lives within you? The more you progress on the road, the more you will learn to ask your Divine part who will never deceive you."

Is there any difference between angels and Beings of Light or are they the same thing?

" There is a difference. Angels have never been incarnated in your world. They belong to a hierarchy which has never taken any physical body.

" Beings of Light as us know perfectly well life on your world, because they took physical incarnation eons ago, and it is for this reason that they understand you much better and can help you more. They know your suffering, they know your fears, they know your desires, because they have experienced them.

" There is a very important hierarchy in the Universe. For some, we are angels and this is not very important. You should not take too much notice to the names given to us: the main thing is to know that you are not alone on your path through this world, that you are helped, that guides are attributed to you at birth and that you also have guides who come to help you to accomplish your mission."

Can we indentify our guides and how can we thank them for their help?

" You can identify them thanks to their energy. You will feel them and be sure of their presence, which is very subtle. There is no specific method because the methods we could give you would not be adapted and would sometimes be false.

" You might hear that your guides introduce themselves through a name. Other entities, who are not necessarily your guides, could take their place, and this is why you must learn to feel them through their energy.

" To thank them is easy: simply send them Love, and be aware of their help. This is the greatest thanks that you can give them.

" Here is an exercise which will enable you get in touch with your guide.

" Try to sit as comfortably as possible and try to forget your body.

"Visualise your mind. See your mind as a big room filled with your thoughts. These thoughts turn all the time in this room which is closed. You are going to open the doors and windows of this room to enable all the thoughts to go away and let a wonderful golden light enter instead.

" Feel perfectly happy at home. The room is clean and neat. No more thought can perturb you.

" In this room arrange two seats, one on which you are seated comfortably and another for your guide.

" Invite him to sit down. Try to visualize yourself comfortably seated on your chair. You do not feel any pain or embarrassment and your guide is facing you. You see him, and feel him in your heart.

" This Being of Light faces you and takes you by your hands. You begin to communicate on the level of your soul as there is no actual thought. Little by little, feel his immense Love.

" Put your mind at rest during a few seconds to receive the message he wants to transmit to you. There is enough power, enough energy in this room for you to receive his message.

" If thoughts want to enter into your room, project the golden light on them and focus your attention on your guide, on this Being of Light seated in front of you who holds your hands in his. The connexion is established and you feel his presence more and more.

" You are still aware of the presence of your guide facing you, holding your hands. Now link yourself to him, via your energy centre between your eyes, by a beam of light aimed towards the head of your guide. This ray will strengthen your ability to communicate telepathically. Try to build this ray of light between him and you.

" Focus your consciousness on your guide and for a few moments try to start a dialogue with him. Ask him a question and wait for the answer.

" Remain a few seconds, conscious of this special relation. Later when you are fully aware of the presence of your guide, you could add other seats in this room to invite other guides (because some people have more than one guide) and you could then welcome your brothers of the hierarchies also. You will be surprised to see whom you will welcome and of the result of this exchange.

" This technique is also there to develop in you this faculty of telepathic communication. But be aware that you will not be able to do anything if you have not previously cleaned the room thoroughly. If some thoughts still seep in through the doors and windows, the communication may be distorted.

" During your meditation, do this exercise again. Before any communication with your guide, clean the place where you are going to welcome him: this place is on the mental level because this is where telepathic communication takes place.

" Later on when you have understood, when you are able to put into practice certain things which you have learned, you will communicate also with the heart.

" To make the communication with your guide easier, you can give him a name to which he will answer, because to facilitate the human task, one needs a landmark. You can then choose this appellation , calling him with a human name or else calling him ‘Being of Light' or ‘Beloved Guide', or whatever.

" We ask you to be vigilant, because there is the possibility that beings invite themselves in and that you end up in contact with certain planes with which you have nothing to do. It is up to you to recognise such beings and to them and to see them off.

" In this work of communication you will have to learn to be choosy and careful so that you are not taken advantage of by an astral entity passing itself off as your guide.

" During your meditation, always call to yourself the Light of Christ, and live it. "
