“Opening up of your heart, growing awareness of who you are and who you seek to become cannot be learned from a group, an association, a book, or a website, unless you are already prepared to integrate all of it.

You may be intellectually interested in all things evolutionary, at times you may speak excessively about them, yet you live them somewhat less . You may also be very interested in the different ways of formulating Love and radiating it; however, to the extent it all remains intellectual there will be no tangible results towards your transformation .

Nevertheless, each person who has opened up his consciousness to other realities will immerse himself again in what he has acquired once he will be in need of help in facing a difficult experience or disturbing events.

Nothing is ever totally lost in the spiritual realm, even if it is at the level of the intellect. Even if the student stops on the side of the road and ceases his evolutionary experiences on his spiritual path, he will continue them in the course of life. This will be more difficult because he will not have the aid and the assistance of a certain comprehension, but all humans, no matter who they are evolving because this is a part of the Divine Laws. They do not incarnate into a world, notably this one, without evolving. Even the most primary being – even if this term is not totally appropriate – evolves constantly. Just the act of thinking and behaving leads toward evolution.

You often have only a mistaken notion of what evolution is. Evolution is the apprenticeship of life in all of its forms, the apprenticeship of the relations with oneself and with others. It is the multiple awakenings that place you in front of certain positions, certain decisions. It is also understanding who you are, who you are in relation to the Universe and to all who surround you.

To evolve is to become aware of the immense potential that is in you and that is not used or at least in a very feeble way.

Evolution cannot be learned, it may be acquired through life and life’s experiences. Evolution in Love is learned by the way that you love.

Today, each of you no longer love as you did ten or twenty years ago. You love more in a respectful way, you love in a way that is much more unconditional and universal. As soon as you feel the need to love this way, you can say that an awakening has really begun in you.

If you love without expecting anything, if you give only to give, you know that the great transformation, the great fusion is not far away.

We are going to speak to you about the state of consciousness of human beings today. Instead of being sad, instead of living in fear, which is largely generated by all that humans can hear, can see or read, they should rejoice, they should have confidence, they must be able to say: ‘We have gone through a storm but beyond this lies a magnificent sun.’ Going through this storm is not such a big or painful thing as all that.

You would have us believe that all is distressing in this world, that fear, violence and hate reign as masters. In a certain way, this may be true, but once you wish to distance yourself from all of that, and that you live in confidence and faith and that you are aware of being constantly accompanied, all becomes easier for you, and you can put this existence into perspective.

We know that for many human beings it is very difficult, but what is it that is really difficult once they have sufficient Love, sufficient confidence? Once they know that our help will be given to them, all of the difficulties of a situation, no matter what it is, can be smoothed away.

At the present time, even the young people think that their future is blocked. Why? Because they have inculcated in them that they must have a good profession, that they must earn a good living, that they must project an image in relation to others.

You also run after all of that, you run after the impossible because you are mistaken. It is not after this that you must run, because it will not bring you either happiness, or peace, or joy because the well-off situations, the concern of always being on show in front of those who surround you, to wish to shine will no longer exist. The desire that you will have more and more in your heart will not be to shine or to dazzle others, it will be to radiate wisdom, peace, confidence, and Love.

There is no way to buy happiness. It is within you, it may be cultivated like a precious flower. You always search for it on the outside but you have not understood that it is totally within you.

A being who lives in a state of poverty that would seem unbearable to you may be in the most complete happiness, in peace, and in Love, that is to say almost outside of your society. Another would live in opulence, would have all that he desires and would be the most unhappy of men because he will never know peace or Love. He cannot be loved because he will always be under the impression of being loved for what he represents, for his money, for his image, whereas he who has nothing will have the certainty of being loved for himself.

To all of these unhappy people it must be said: do not listen to all of the prophets of doom that constantly generate violence, suffering and fear. Get off of these paths that strongly lower your vibrations. You can know all that is happening on your planet but above all do not enter into the energy of destabilizing fear.

At this end of cycle, the forces of the dark light are putting more and more power into their behavior and their reactions. They have a deep desire to destabilize humanity as much as possible.

It would be so easy for you to be happy. It would be sufficient very simply that instead of seeing the never-ending images on the TV screen of the most difficult acts of humanity, the misery and the violence, you would see much more of peace, generosity, Love, altruism, and the most beautiful things of life. That would generate within you, not only another consciousness but also another energy.

Of course, you are a part of this world and you are subjected to it, at least you are under that impression. If you maintained enough distance from all that happens around you, you would be subjected to it less and less and you would be increasingly happy.

Remember this, which is very important: even if this end of cycle is difficult and painful, it inevitably leads to a marvelous future for all of humanity. This future must be earned, you must prepare yourself to change classes, to experience this fabulous period where a brother will truly be a brother, where there will no longer be any competition, any duality, where human feelings will only be feelings of fraternity, Love, and goodness.

If you have not prepared yourself to experience that, you will still be upset by life because this end of cycle will exempt no one. It must be this way. The preparation for a better world does not happen in non-action, it does not take place while sleeping, by not living life to the fullest or in being deaf to who you are, to what you must do. The transformation has its rules; if you do not accept them, it will take place with much difficulty within you or may not happen in this existence.

To all those who are sad, to all those who are without hope we would like to say: think that we are with you, think to cultivate joy constantly and to constantly oppose joy to the sadness and to the fear; have confidence in your future, no matter what it is.

For many, the future cannot be worse than what it is now, it can only get better, but it will be a matter of courage, of determination, of confidence, and of faith that you will have to advance, to understand, to integrate and to radiate.”
