You are requesting us to do several efforts, and I have the feeling that when you talk about efforts you don't mean difficulty, struggle or hardship. I have the feeling that it is something much simple. Paradoxically, is the greatest effort to do not to recover some simplicity in life?

“We would like to say that this is absolutely true, because human beings do tremendous efforts to learn completely useless things, efforts that bring them nothing. The word “efforts” is not the quite right word. The effort we request you to do is more a let go.

As long as everything occurs in your mind, it will make it more difficult. In fact, life is so much simple. Man loves to make it more complicated for himself constantly, because he feels the more it is complicated, the more they evolve. The more the mind and the intellect are at work, the more he feels he is smart, when real cleverness, cleverness of the heart, is not that at all. You could have not learned anything from your books and still have a higher intelligence.

When we request you to perform efforts, we mean you have to get rid of everything you learned which is not helping and fill yourself with whatever helps you grow.

What helps you grow? These are simple things, integration of Love, joy, peace, all these things that look so difficult because you mess them up in your mind.

You just cannot swallow up this mixture anymore. You are complicating constantly your own evolution because “mister ego” is here and won't give up; you function in a certain way, and you prefer, consciously or not, feed constantly your old way of functioning which is complicated and non-sense instead of simply opening yourself to life.

The master Jesus said: be like little children. This doesn't mean to return into childhood. This means: be simple, don't complicate yourself, simplyLOVE! As much as possible have sincere and pure relationships with those around you.

Step by step beings will understand that it is useless to complicate life, because the more they will be willing to manage their life, the more it will become out of control. The moment they will let go and allow themselves to be carried away by the flow of life, everything will happen very smoothly, very peacefully, and they will integrate peace, wisdom and happiness.

When the mind is too busy, it veils consciousness and bring tremendous obstacles to evolution.

So learn to keep your mind quiet. Don't forget that it generates fears, anguish and a whole bunch of devolutional energies. Learn to stop this mind which is stopping you and allow yourself to be carried away by the stream of Light which is going to transform you.”
