“At this time, as with many of you, a large part of humanity on earth is, in a way different from yours, profoundly shaken in its foundations and in all its methods of functioning.

Each human soul will be confronted with all of its experiences, past and present. Each one of them, having invested a body must, during this end of time, do a serious review, a synthesis, a sort of final homework of his apprenticeship in this world, of all the experiences that he has lived here at different times, of all the joys, the sorrows, the suffering, the fears, of all the renunciations, of all that shapes and makes the evolving soul open up.

Experiencing is precious. Sometimes, certainly, it seems difficult to you, but it is invaluable. In the Universe, there is no evolution without experimentation. Everything evolves in its own way because the experience that you live here is completely different from what your brothers in other worlds experience.

All life that expresses itself automatically evolves. Nothing can remain static or unexpressed. In order for life to perpetuate itself, it has to express itself, and this law applies to each one of you. Each experience must be lived fully.

The problem with human beings who take on a material body is that they live their experiences without profiting from the essence or lesson of it. It is because of this that their life is sometimes very painful. The sooner you understand what is asked of you, the sooner any such experimentation will become useless, or obsolete for you.

Each one of you has one, or several challenges to understand first, in order to subsequently surpass or transcend them. At the present time, it is given to those human beings who truly wish it, the possibility of bringing up all that they must surpass. The more that you advance in this cycle, the more all that you have experienced as good, less good, or terrible, in this existence or in others, will come to the surface within you like immense vapors, immense cloud covers, from the farthest ages, from the deepest of your incarnations, from your deepest experiences.

Sometimes you will be under the impression that what you are feeling, that what you suppose yourself to be, that a certain intuition does not belong to you, whether it be in the evolving or devolutional sense or again, you will be under the impression that a multitude of experiences, even very subtle ones, present themselves to you and you do not understand why.

If you question yourself a little, if you question He who knows within you, you will understand that these are cloud covers that come to the surface because this is the time of the great washing, of the great cleansing. All of the experiences that the soul has had in its multiple incarnations have been charged with difficulties, fears, and guilt. Of course, they have also been charged with Love, joy, understanding, and faith, but these positive experiences will be there to help you purify deep within you all that remains stuck or anchored deep within yourselves.

Know that the soul reproduces in a very subtle way in each cell of the body, all the experiences of suffering it has experienced, not only in this existence, but in multiple past lives; it reacts sometimes to a suffering that does not belong to it in this present existence.

You need to understand to what point the soul, the physical body, and the spirit are completely connected, and equally interconnected continuously.

You only see of yourselves what is visible to your senses of the third dimension. However, sometimes you ask yourself why you act and think this way and why it is so difficult or so easy for you. You never say to yourself: if it is easy for me, it is because I have already learned it, understood it, or evacuated it, or cleansed it. If it is difficult for me, it is because I have not understood well, and that the lessons of life have not been integrated.

We are speaking to you about this because many things will come to the surface. Do not close the doors. Allow all of this to surface and to eradicate itself from you, because it is necessary for you to be free, totally free, that there be no more emotional knots, that your body, your soul, and your spirit can form one in a perfect harmony, in Love, in a liberated consciousness, in the total faith of the ‘I Am'.

He who travels along the spiritual path often overlooks or mistreats his body. However, it is a precious vehicle for this existence, the vehicle without which the soul could not integrate its experiences, without which the Divine Spirit could not experiment or express itself. The Divine Spirit expresses itself in you whenever you are in what you call ‘states of grace', whenever you feel full of Love and compassion for your brothers and for yourselves.

We ask you simply to be more attentive to yourselves, to try to carry out the actions of your life much more calmly. Everything can be done in the same lapse of time, but without precipitation, in calm, serenity, peace, and joy. You will see that in a day you can accomplish as much work as you would in precipitating.

Learn to feel your body more and more because before passing into the fourth dimension you must not only transcend it but also cleanse every suffering that it may have registered.

Your body is precious; it is a divine tool. We have told you this many times: you are also here to totally elevate the vibratory frequency of your vehicle.

Little by little, you will realize all that it can restore to you; you will rediscover the door of access to some functions that you did not know of and did not suspect to be within it. Remember that it is a perfect vehicle that you need to know how to use in its entirety.

You will not learn this in the third dimension, but you must prepare yourself for the following dimension, the next stage of your life. The more you have progressed in understanding your body, the more you will be useful in the next dimension. The apprenticeship of all of your faculties will take place easily. If you have not been able to sublimate this body, you will have more difficulties adapting and recuperating all the faculties that it possesses.

The time will come where you will work in unity with your body, your soul, and your spirit, the unity so desired by humans who have opened themselves to another consciousness.

We would like for you to work more on yourselves, to begin to be responsible beings and conscious of the fabulous powers that are within them. We would like for you to shed certain garments that no longer correspond to what you are, and that you change your vibratory frequency.

You will receive assistance, but it will be ineffective if, on your side, you do not make the necessary efforts. Do not say that you ignore how to do it; you have the tools within you. All it takes is for you to wish it, to be conscious of your possibilities, to not constantly be doubtful, to not consider your body as a weight, as a too heavy garment, difficult to carry, but to consider it as a garment of Light, of perfection, of joy and of Love, a magnificent vehicle of manifestation. Absolutely do not limit yourself in this regard.

You are now going to arrive at an important stage of your evolution. If you all have minor miseries, or problems, it is so that you can lighten yourself up in order to be able to attain this new stage. You evacuate through your body, by all that you are, by your totality. It is not necessary for you to have useless burdens or low vibrations that generate some difficulties that you call ‘illnesses' in your physical body.

Even in this case, we assure you that, no matter what you have, you can repair your marvelous mechanics. This will be more and more possible for you. The faith and confidence that you must have in yourselves and in life will help you tremendously. Unfortunately, for the moment, humans complain too much. They always complain about what is not going well within them and around them, but they do not see what is marvelous.

Be certain that for this new stage of evolution you will have the help you need, though sometimes painful because we may be obliged to make you pass through some narrow paths where you could cut you feet on some sharp stones. The sooner you understand, the sooner the stones will become flat and smooth and the path wide and pleasant.

We repeat to you: You are living in an extraordinary age. Benefit from the immense chance you have to be in incarnation in this world at this very precise period. We hear you say too often: ‘life is too heavy, I have had enough of living in this world; let them come and get me, then.'

How ignorant you are. It is in this world that you can transcend; it is in this world that you offer the most beautiful experiences to your soul. To give up on all of that is stupidity.

We will no longer handle you with kid gloves. The time has come for you to advance at all costs. Even if we have to prick you, push you, pull you, and sometimes make you suffer, we are making you advance. It is no longer the time to play hooky or to stop on the path, because when you turn back, if you have not attained your chosen goal, you will feel pangs of immense sorrow.

The goal that you have chosen for yourself is marked within you, and you are heading straight for it, bravely. You do not need to reflect too much upon it. It is your attitude, your behavior when faced with yourself and with life that fixes the goal that you have chosen for yourself, and this essential goal is to go towards the Light and Love, to attain the Wisdom that is possible in this world, to integrate more and more, joy and confidence, to radiate around you this Divine Presence, this force, this immense power that is in you. Do not lose that from sight.

However, we still accept your moments of weakness, of revolt, of incomprehension, of sadness but they need to be less and less numerous. You have the right to fall down, but you must get up quickly to continue on the path and, most of all, not to feel guilty.

The pebbles on your straight path are sometimes pointed and hurtful, you stumble and you fall. We understand this, but you must get up quickly and continue along the path until they become pleasant under your feet.

It is also necessary to accept all the abilities that are going to develop in you, even if it is what you call channeling, or faculties of a medium, what we call the reality of communication on our plane.”
