"We understand that to go through the experiences of the Earth one must be strong. The School of the Earth is not an easy one, yet it is a very promising school for spiritual progress, for the possibility of creating with thought.

"We will talk a little about how you can create with thought.

"It is important to practice concentration. While meditation is important, concentration also is of great importance in the work of Love, in the work of awareness of your divinity and of everything it can bring you. Concentration is difficult because you concentrate for a few moments on the deep desire to work on your body, to reharmonize this or that part of your body, and then your thought escapes. Perhaps doubts infiltrate.

"This is very difficult for you because the thoughts that you create are multiple. This is why you cannot always do effective work on yourselves. You cannot keep your thoughts long enough, even sixty seconds, in order to reach your goal.

"To help you work on concentration, begin to concentrate on a golden light or on a white light. Concentrate on an object, on a flower, on an animal that you like, and when a thought begins to infiltrate, visualize a light. Stop the concentration to restart it if too many thoughts come to interfere with your concentration.

"If you concentrate for a few moments on your Divine Being, if you ask with confidence for his help to regenerate, to reharmonize your body which is also his in some way; if you do not let any parasitic thoughts infiltrate, you will be astonished at the result. You may not reach this the first or the second time, but you will likely reach it after several attempts. For those people who are the most 'talented', the most concentrated for this exercise, results will be much faster.

"You create a lot of veils for yourselves sometimes. You have difficulty considering yourselves as other than human, to understand that you have gigantic abilities, for you are still prisoners of your conditioning.

"In the current life, conditioning is gigantic. Those people who can move away from it as much as possible will be able to attain good results (and we know that each of you will attain good results).

"As some of you rightly say, you are 'lucky' not to live in big cities: it is easier to concentrate because thought forms are multiple in big cities and you can pick up thought forms that do not belong to you.

"You can reach your Divine by stilling your mind. This too can be acquired through concentration. Everything is connected. There are several tools at your disposal. The only thing one must learn how to do, more and more, is to still the mind.

"When a lot of thoughts assail you, imagine that you are in a square where there are a very large number of people, and all these are your multiple thoughts. All of a sudden you wish for these people to leave the square so you can relax. You must free yourselves from all these people who are your thoughts, your parasite thoughts; this will allow you to be in touch with your soul, with your Divinity, more easily.

"We will talk more and more of your soul as you gain the ability to open yourselves to communicate with it more and more. You will be able to hear a little voice deep inside of yourselves. It may come from your soul or from your guide, no matter, as only the communication that takes place will be important.

"You are not sufficiently attentive to yourselves, to what is happening deep within you and even to what is happening around you. You are attentive to your active lives, but you do not pay any attention or devote time to what is going on within you. "
