Some people say that one must protect oneself before meditating, protect one's car every time one drives, and protect one's home when one is absent. I personally believe that the Beings of Light are continuously protecting us, without any need for a ritual.

“The word ‘protection' is often connected to fear. He, who has no fear, has no need for protection. Let us still say the following:

We recommend that you put in Christic Light and Love your home, your car or yourself, as often as possible. This is not necessarily to protect yourself, but simply to avoid disruptive energies.

Here is an exercise not to protect yourself, but to raise your vibration frequency:

First visualize yourself in the Light and Love of Christ or in the Light and Love of the Father, in a beautiful Golden Light. Immerse your body and your cells in this Unconditional and Universal Love.

Then do this work for your home. Call the Christic or Universal Light and Love upon your home so that they penetrate and illuminate all the rooms.

Do this next for your town or city. Call the Light and the Universal Love upon the town or city where you live. Visualize them fully in the Golden Light and in the Love of the Father.

Do this next for your area, for your country, then for Europe as a whole, and finally for the whole world, until you have visualized your entire planet in the Light and Love of Christ or the Father.

This is not at all a protection; it is a vibrating elevation of people, of places, of countries or of the planet.

Those who are used to protect themselves may continue for their security. A time will come when they know they no longer need this, as the greatest protection is that of their inner Christ, of their Divinity. Another great protection is that of their guides and of the Hierarchies of Light.

What or who is man protecting himself against? Often man should protect himself against himself, this would help humanity avoid many woes and misunderstandings, but it is another issue.”
