"Then make a bridge, a road or a path between the chalice and your heart. As much as possible, open your heart to receive the marvelous energy that will inundate your heart, all your cells, and all your subtle bodies.

"Simply imagine that you are feeding your soul with the immense Love and Light emanating from this chalice.

"Always remember that your soul has as much need of nourishment as does your physical body. You nourish your physical body, yet too often you forget to nourish your soul.

"To nourish your soul, you can connect to the immense energy of Love of God your Father. You can dive deep within yourself to unlock the gate between your soul and your spirit, between your Divine Being and your soul.

"You can also unify the immense energy of Light and of Love that comes from outside, and the immense energy of Light and of Love that comes from within you. Merge them in your internal temple."
