“Try as much as possible to empty your mind of all thoughts. Be aware of your body, this most wonderful instrument. Let your awareness move through your entire body: your head, your chest, your abdomen, your arms, your hands, your legs. Use your awareness to investigate in-depth the extraordinary apparatus that is your body.

Now, move your consciousness to the area of your heart chakra. Visualize your inner sun and try to feel its power, its light, and its love; see it growing in size and in strength so that it illuminates even the smallest parts of your body.

See and feel yourself as light. Your body radiates this light. Everything in you is perfect. You feel that you are becoming lighter and lighter; your body is now weightless and it rises.

Now, as you continue to see and feel yourself as light, move your consciousness to the area of your coronal chakra. Try to feel the opening of this energy center; try to feel as though you are blooming.

You will be aware of a column of white light emanating from your higher self, some three to four meters above you. Your higher self is your other self; a self that is wonderful, and perfect; a self that radiates Light and Love. The cylinder of light unites your higher self, your other you, to your physical body.

The immense light enters through your coronal chakra and unites with your inner sun at the level of your heart. Feel the communication, feel the flow of energy between your higher self (your spiritual consciousness), your human consciousness, and your human body. The way is free of all obstacles and your awareness can flow with ease between the consciousness of your higher self and your human consciousness.

Your higher self (your spiritual consciousness) will regenerate the cells and the matter that make up your human body.

Visualize an immense cylinder of light originating at the top of what may be considered to be the head of your higher self, and beaming out into the depths of the universe, as if it was reaching out to join the Source. Your entire body is flooded with light as this immense beam of white light enters your body.

Take a few moments and try to make this a living reality.

The Universe provides an inexhaustible supply of energy. Because we must always give to the Earth the surplus energy we receive, you will now imagine that the energy which has been accumulating in your heart chakra is now leaving and flowing down through your legs and feet. From your feet it sinks into the soil and goes on to meet the energy of your Mother Earth.

With this exercise, you connect heaven and Earth through your physical body, through your inner sun.

Do the exercise we have just completed in order to regenerate your body whenever you are tired, and to regenerate your cells so that you will always be in perfect health. You can be certain that this exercise is important and you must always remember to give back to Mother Earth the surplus of energy that you received.

For a few moments, stay connected to this column of light that connects you to the Universe, so that you may take advantage of its wonderful energies. The effects you may feel include: lightness in your body, peace, and joy. You will feel and perceive more and more the radiation of this inner light. You will feel and perceive this inner light through the faculties that are emerging in you (obviously, not through your five senses).

Now, focus your awareness on the area of your heart, of your inner sun, of the immense love that lives within you. Project this love on all those you wish to help, on your loved ones, on your family, and on your friends.

See them bathing in light, in peace, in joy, and in Love.

Now, project this immense love to all your fellow human beings. Try to feel as if a flow of energy, in the form of a golden light, leaves your heart and spreads throughout your world; it then goes on to join that ocean of light and love from which all humans can drink. Allow this stream of love and light the freedom to flow and to flood the Earth and all life.

Now, project this immense Love throughout the universe. In the act of projecting this Love, you unite with the universe of which you are part; you unite with your brothers of Light, with all mankind, and with all life.”
