I realized that sometimes we are not well grounded, and we don't really know how to do it. Sometimes we need to be helped. Can you enlighten us about this?
They are saying:
“You can do this anchoring exercise:
Place, if you can, your bare feet on the ground or on the grass and try to raise the energies of Mother the Earth in your body.
If you cannot do this exercise barefoot, do it wherever you are, but avoid doing it up the stairs, try to do it on the ground floor or simply in nature. An exercise done in nature is more significant than one done in the house.
Try to bring the energy up to your cardiac center of strength, accompany it in consciousness. Move down the energy of the Universe, of the Universal Love through your coronal center of strength, and then merge in your cardiac center of strength the energy coming up from the Earth with that coming down from the Universe.
This exercise will balance and recenter you. This is a good exercise.
If you think your head is too high up in the stars, the best grounding exercise is to become aware of the reality of your Mother the Earth , by touching it with your hands, with your feet, by walking into nature, by anchoringyourself in all possible ways and making contact with Earth element. You can also ask Mother the Earth for help that your feet are well anchored to it, and yet your head may still be in the stars.
A true balance is the following: to be both grounded to the Earth through the root of your feet and opened to the Universe through your coronal center of strength, through your seventh and eighth centers of strength.
One will very easily succeed in anchoring oneself if one stays centered. One must keep one's balance. The spiritual journey can sometimes make one lose one's anchoring because one is too much on the other side of the veil, too much outside and not enough inside of oneself. A true spiritual journey must be done within oneself while keeping one's consciousness open to the Universe.
Everyone can anchor in the way he feels the most. A very good way is to walk in nature, to enter into relationship with both the vegetal kingdom and the mineral kingdom. Try to sit on a rock and make contact with it. Not only will you anchor yourself but also you may get great pleasure from this communion.
This is how we wish to answer, but in this area as in others everyone must find his own way of anchoring himself. The main thing is to always create a link between Heaven and Earth, i.e. not to be too much in the stars and not to be too deeply anchored to the ground, to let energy flow freely from top to bottom, and from bottom to top, up to the cardiac center of strength.”
