Therefore, we recommend, if possible for you, to be closer to nature, to be more and more in harmony with your environment. At this point, you will be less subject to some vibrations, to some energies emanating from the concentration of human beings living in cities.

It is also desirable – as we have already said since the very beginning of the channeling of our transmitter – to avoid, if possible, the coasts. Currently, coasts and cities are areas of concentration of human beings. If you can avoid these areas, do it.

However, one way or another, be certain that even if you were living in a large city, at the time of events happening you would probably be elsewhere, or if your children were living in large cities they would come to visit you, they would be elsewhere. Know that you are protected, anywhere you are.

Even people who are not on a spiritual path can be very much protected. You do not know what the depth of their being is; they may not be in spirituality yet be much more ‘spiritual’ and have much more manifested Love than those who claim to be in spirituality.

Don’t worry, neither for your loved ones, nor for yourself, you will be where you must be when the time comes. If you have the opportunity and if it is possible, it would be wise to move away from cities. It is more a matter of energy than of protection. In cities, energies will be denser and denser, and more and more difficult to experience, and more strength and courage will be needed to go through them.

We are talking about large cities such as Paris, Lyon, Marseille, etcetera, where there are large concentrations of human beings, not about towns in the countryside. If you are forced to live in large cities, as often as possible call upon the Beings of Light so that they help you build around you a cocoon of Light. The cocoon that you create with their help will protect you from the immense energies emanating from human beings that could deeply disturb you.

Our channel lives in the countryside. It could possible that she is in a city visiting at the time of events happening. It could be that you live in a large city and you are in the countryside at the time of a big event. Hence don’t worry, let you slip into the stream of life and everything will be the best as possible.

Most important also is the deep letting go, peace and joy you can integrate, everything you have mentioned this afternoon, everything you have realized but sometimes have a little difficulty to integrate and implement.

If we had any advice to give for 2010, it would be what we said earlier: ‘work on peace, joy, self-confidence, clear as much as possible all your areas of darkness, live in brotherhood, try to love, as much as possible, all the beings around you, try to have moment of generosity either through a word, a smile, or a help for those who need it most’.

However, your mind and your ego have been very important for your journey into the third dimension. In the next dimension, there will be no mind or ego as you experience it now. You will be a different being, with a different function.

That is what we wish to say. It is of utmost importance for us, we do not know how you understand what we say, we do not know if this will grow in your hearts and will help you open up your consciousness more, but for us what we say is of utmost important.
