I see the sea, this sea that many of us love so much, this sea that I no longer recognize. In some places, the sea is raging fiercely. I can see gigantic waves emerging spontaneously and falling back on the coasts. These waves are not tsunamis, they are reactions from the water element.

I am now in touch with this element. It is difficult for me. I feel like I am immersed in water, and this is really unpleasant.

“It is unpleasant to you because you are afraid of who I am as water element. If you could feel all my Love for life, you would see that I am not …”

“Harmful” is not the appropriate word. I can hardly speak because I have the feeling of drowning, the feeling that I must breathe under this water. I can hear and feel all life, including the life energy of water. I feel reassured, some joy is even rising within me, because the whole sea people are coming towards me and speaking to me. I hear:

“Can you see these huge ships making prisoners millions of our brothers, which they destroy three quarters of the time, by the way? Can you see these huge ships which have no respect whatsoever for sea life? Can you see all these human beings, thinking solely of profit, having absolutely no awareness that we are life? Can you see all these human beings destroying us with such carelessness?

You, who communicate with us, need to know that we are inhabitants of the abyss, inhabitants of the water element, and that we are essential to water element. We exchange our Love with the water element, with the sea. The sea needs us, as we need the sea.

When all sea life disappears, the sea will be raging. It will be raging because of its suffering, for you will have destroyed all its inhabitants. The sea is happy when big fish jump in the waves, when it feels life within it. When you take away all life, when you completely pollute the sea, it will react; its suffering will make it react; this will also cause suffering for Mother Earth, because all the elements, whatever they are, are part of the Earth.

You totally misunderstand the sea environment. Of course you know the sea as the liquid element, but you do not know it as the energy element. You do not know that the sea energy is extremely powerful. You have no respect for such an important element on planet Earth.

The people of the sea are experiencing intense suffering. They feel something that they have never felt before: they feel energy of fear, this energy which is clearly transmitted by man and which is, in some way, transforming the energy of the water element.

Currently, the water element is reacting. The sea is sending all water that you receive on Earth through torrential rains. Clouds form and load up with sea water, which is sent to you, in some way, with real force.

Earth will continue its cleansing process until you understand the importance of water. Water is life. The water within you is life. Some human beings do understand this, but unfortunately they are a minority.”

Once more, I find myself dipped into water element and this is really moving to me. I have a feeling that the water element engulfs me completely, that my consciousness… My body breathes with difficulty. It is a very strange feeling.

I do not know where the energies of the sea world want to take me. I am now crossing a very bleak element. I cannot see anything. I feel heavy. I am going further down. They make me change direction. I am now going towards a place where there are more and more lights. I do not know where these lights come from. I have a feeling that everything is totally unreal.

I see a transparent dome at the bottom of the sea. It is made of an indescribable matter. I am getting closer and closer, at high speed. My consciousness feels light. I am drawn to this place. I am now very close, and I can see life, not marine world life, but one that I would define as human. I have never seen this before. Under the immense dome, I now see vessels. One is elongated while others look like large spheres. There is a lot of movement. My consciousness is increasingly drawn towards the inside, and I do not know whether I can enter this dome. I still have the feeling that I am choking, because I know that my body consciousness is a little scared.

I now see a sort of corridor being created outside this huge dome. Some beings are coming. I see myself “whole”, I see my body as it is physically; I see myself walking under water that I do not feel at all. I see myself entering this corridor. As soon as I started entering the corridor, I had a feeling that a door was closing behind me. On the other hand, a magnificent opening was being made in front of me.

I now see many of our Brothers of Light, and there are among them people from Earth. They lead me to a room. Everything is transparent, there are no walls like in our houses and everything is visible. Many Beings are now around me. They tell me:

“There are watchmen on and inside your Earth, there are watchmen under your seas. There are many such domes all over your world.

Our mission is to monitor and to prevent important problems related to tectonic plates and to reactions of the Earth’s surface. Our mission is to help the water element; we reprogram it by sending it Love. Our mission is also to stabilize certain energies, as the water element has huge importance; after the transition, it will have a very different consistency.”

I do not really understand what they mean by “consistency”. Water is always water… They tell me:

“No, water does not always have the same consistency and the same vibration. When there is much salt in water, you float more easily. Water contains life, gives life, and will give it over and over again.

We are also doctors of the sea. We rectify many of your errors, and if it had not been the case, there would have been a lot of disasters on your world. We prevent them because the time has not yet come.

We, watchmen from ‘below’, in connection with watchmen from ‘above’ and ‘inside’ the Earth, wanted to give human beings maximum time and opportunity to awaken and open their consciousness even more; we believe that this has been beneficial and fair.

Some time in the future, all the bases located in the depth of the sea will be set free, i.e. we will evacuate them. The time to evacuate is not quite ready; we will evacuate these bases during the great transition because we will no longer need to work there; they will somehow no longer exist. They were created with a living matter that you cannot grasp, in agreement with the water element and the sea world.

Everything we do is in agreement with the Earth, with the elements, and also with Earth’s guides and protectors.”

I am still under the dome. I feel much better there than under water element. I would like to visit the dome, I would like them to explain over and over, but for the moment they are saying no more, and then they smile and say:

“Tell your brothers that they must grow up in a hurry, that they must hurry walking on their own; tell them, especially, to have confidence whatever happens. The energy and vibration of Love will guide them during their last steps before transition.

You will come and see us again some time soon because we will have more messages to give you. For now, you need to return to the world above. You will go back through the water element. It is important that you overcome your anxiety regarding this element.”

I am again dipped into water element. This is as unpleasant to me as it was the first time. Everything is dark around me, and I want to go up very quickly towards more light. I am now surrounded by a multitude of fish, and they tell me:

“Even if we do not function like humans, our world also has laws. We know how to love, we evolve, and even if we are somewhat different from the ‘dry’ world, we are your brothers.”

I now hear sounds, like music, and I see around me beautiful luminous beings. They are dolphins. They tell me:

“If the men from the ‘dry’ world could understand us, we would accomplish such beautiful things with them. If they were able to love as we know how to do, everything would be different on this planet. If they could understand who we are, i.e. conscious beings who know how to love and think, and even if our thoughts are not quite the same as theirs, if they could understand who we are, everything on this world would change.

You will return to the world above, your ‘dry’ world. Remember how much the people of the sea, whose consciousness is awakened, love all life. Yet you are not kind to them, you consider us dolphins like mere fish; your consciousness sees us as such. We are sensitive and intelligent beings, we love beauty and, in our own way, we know how to create music, to have fun, and to be perfectly happy.”

They are taking me back to the surface. There is still water above me, but it no longer scares me, I can now tolerate it on my body. I can see myself coming out of the water like a cork.

I glance back at my brothers dolphins and fish, I thank them and tell them how much I love them: “thank you for your Love and for your mercy towards man”.

My Brothers of Light tell me:

“We wanted our channel to make this trip under the sea, to tell you that what is happening on your world is tremendously important, but it is totally unknown to man. Man is interested by the stars, but he has no awareness of what really is on his world, whether on the inside or on the seabed. Oh, of course, man is aware of what he can see, but he has very limited awareness because of his lack of spiritual opening.

In the next cycle, all will experience life in harmony. Water element, whether as river or sea, will communicate with all life. People who have passed this cycle will communicate through telepathy with everything that surrounds them. That is why total peace and Love will prevail among all species, among all lives.

Total respect will reside in the heart of man, respect for himself and respect for life. Respect for life is, by the way, one of the great Divine Laws.”
