"There have been several great Masters who came to teach at different times. The real Saint Germain is one of these Masters. The true teaching is one of wisdom. This is only thing that you must keep in mind.

"The true teaching, be it from Saint Germain or from anybody else, will always be a teaching of wisdom, for it is the only teaching which will help you to progress.

"You always need a support; you always need an external help. It is certain that violet light can give a considerable help to beings to increase their vibrational frequency, but what we would like to say, and to repeat to you is that you must search all potentialities within yourselves.

"You should not specifically follow one Master, whether it be the Master Saint Germain or indeed others who work or have worked in this world. You should grow in consciousness. You must say to yourself that what the Masters who lived in other epochs, in other times, have been able to accomplish, the inheritance that they have left us, you should assimilate and, with the power that is within you, you should project it outside of yourself.

"Some beings can accomplish wonders of personal transformation or of help with the violet flame, but this is also thanks to the power that they themselves give to this violet flame. In fact, they add their own power to an external one.

"We do not know if we are making ourselves understood very well. We would like you to grow. We would like to see you go more in the direction of self-knowledge, rather than that of external help, whatever the nature of such help may be.

"We who address you are simply here to show the way, and we would like to repeat what we have told you many times: we are, for you, an ever-present help. We show the path, but we are not that path. The path is in each one of you, but it will be different for one or the other.

"Some people work with the violet flame, others work through religion or with whatever other support, and they also can achieve amazing results either with themselves or with others around them. Still others use positive thinking, which is universal, and this thought is real because it comes from you, because it is a part of yourselves that you project toward the outside, seeing the most beautiful in life and the best in yourselves.

"You may think that we always lead you back to yourself. This is because you are like little children who need guidance and help from a loving hand: but it is not the hand held out, the hand that you take, which will walk or which will eat for you. This hand will simply help you to walk straighter and more quickly. This hand can also hold out the spoon with the food to you, but it is you who will take it in- not the hand which holds out the food.

"We would like so much for you to understand who you are, and for you to understand how you function. Little by little, this starts to show itself in you.

"At the present time, there are so many books, and so many seminars – so many things at your disposal which can help you, or else hinder you even more. As you are so keen to progress, you take for granted everything that we can teach you. In this frantic search for knowledge (or for power) you forget the essential point: you forget who you are, you forget that everything is within you and you always search outside of yourselves for what others can give you, and this, sometimes, in such a clumsy way.
