“2010 will be an important spiritual year. 2009 has been a year of consciousness opening; however 2010 will have to be an important spiritual year.

You will need to act again and again on yourself, because you will have oppositions to your personal transformation. These oppositions will not always come from outside, contrary to what you might think; they may also come from your ego, from your mind, from within you, i.e. from inner dark areas that you did not illuminate, neither did not transcend sufficiently.

Thus never let yourself be diverted from your goal. Today, you must understand what your real purpose is, what your deep seeking is. It is essential that you know what you wish and what your personal becoming is (beyond dates as this becoming is not quite the same for each one of you, yet you will find yourself at the end of the road). Each one of you does not have quite the same things to work on, to understand, to address, and to live.

Your goal for the year of 2010 is to understand correctly what is your path, what you need to put into action within you to be able to progress, to experiment, and to transcend on this path. The more each one of you will be prepared for that year, the more he will let go, the more he will understand who he is and how he functions. Then the faster his transition will be, the faster he will have the certainty of succeeding it.

In the small coming years what you will have to go through will request from you much effort. The greatest one will be to transcend your own fears and the real ones, in case that you have to face either difficult things or illusory fears.

It will also be asked from you not to be too emotionally ‘affected’ by what you might hear and see, by what will happen in your world, such as what has happened in Haiti.

Pray and ask the Beings of Light help for all these people. Even if they already have some help, asking over again will help them a little more; this will not necessarily help them have a better life, but it may help them better leave from the matter.

Also, send to these people the Love and Light from your heart of Light. This may be done very easily. Whenever your medias speak about difficult things, be in stillness for a few moments and send the Light Love of your heart of Light. If one, two, ten, hundred, thousand, one million of conscious human beings perform this small work of Light and Love, its impact will be much more important than you realize.”
