"We ask you to remain centered, to remain aligned as much as possible.

"You have two very specific energies within you, positive energy and negative energy, or feminine energy and masculine energy. You must try to harmonize these two parts (also known as yin and yang) as much as possible. If one of these has greater activity or emits more energy than the other, you become decentered. When you are aligned, when you are centered, everything else is balanced, all your centers of strength set themselves in unison, in harmonization, and beyond this, all your multidimensionalities also set themselves in unison.

"Your thought is creative but can also be considerably destabilizing for your diverse bodies, as well as for your centers of strength. The one which is most vulnerable is the center of emotional strength: this is the one which manages a large part of your life, of your relationship with yourself and with others.

"Remaining centered requires work of great consequence for you. When you are not centered, you become unaware, you feel uneasy, or you are lost in your thoughts.

"In this case, remove anything that can be a cause of disturbance from yourself and visualize yourself completely recentered, the two parts that make your being in complete unity. For this, you must work to the maximum at letting go, to having acceptance of all the experiences you are given. You must be tolerant with yourself, tolerant with others, and above all you must first have plenty of Love for yourself so that you can give to others. (We are repeating this to you because we are giving you important keys).

"Everything that we have taught you, that we have said over and over, and that we will continue to tell you, are keys to help you remain as centered as possible. If you do not apply these keys, you will not be centered, you will always be out of sync in relation to one center of strength or to another, you will also be out of sync in relation to your own duality, you will be out of sync in relation to your multidimensionalities. Thus you must begin your transformation pragmatically.

"Here is a very simple exercise which will help you recenter yourself, at least after you have evacuated all the agitation coming from your mind or from your emotional center. If agitation emanates from your emotional center, from your thoughts, you will never be able to recenter yourself, to align your centers of strength.

"Visualize yourself leaning against a huge cylinder of golden light. This cylinder of light extends down into the Earth and up into the sky as far as you can see it. Thus you are leaning, standing upright against the pillar of light. Gradually, the golden light enters through your spine and into all the centers of strength as a plainly rigid and luminous stem which connects them to perfection. Your chakras are well aligned, even if they do not spin at the same speed or they do not have the same importance.

"Thus you see this great stem of light that goes to your multidimensions coming from your center of coronal strength.

"How can we represent your multidimensions to you? Imagine another of yourself just above you which is even more perfect and much more luminous than the first in its form, in its thoughts, in its way of loving. This multidimensionality is autonomous, yet totally connected to your physical body, to your human consciousness.

"Above this other self, visualize another of yourself which is much more beautiful, much more luminous than the second (because the first one is your physical body) and continue until your consciousness can no longer create, for the last one will be perfect.

"Gradually, bring back all your multidimensionalities in their perfection one inside another like Russian dolls – let them penetrate to the center of yourself, and you are perfection. Your most perfect part has purified and has transformed all the others as it comes down into your physical body to transform it, to transmute it.

"If you do not want to do the Russian dolls exercise, simply do the luminous column exercise, and let the golden light penetrate and visualize yourself totally centered in relation to it.

"When you have a challenge to overcome, an experience to overcome or to go through, and you do not know immediately what attitude to choose to help you better transform yourself, better understand yourself, ask yourself the following question: ‘What would I say faced by such and such a situation if I were a wise man?' And you will see how easily answers will come to you and also how easily you will reach beyond your own limits.

"You may also say, if this is of more comfort or suits your needs: ‘There is a wise man by my side, how would he act in such and such a situation? What would he do? What would he think? How would he love?' You will see how easily answers will come because your ego will not intervene at this time, it will be something much more powerful and much wiser within you (or beside you, no matter where you locate it, you may locate it where it best suits you, simply in such a way that it helps you work).

"You need to become more and more aware of your new humanity, of your new desires, of your new thoughts, of your new way of being, of loving and of going through life. Everything will take place gradually within you, the transformations will be faster and will follow each other. If you know how to look at yourself and to be attentive, you will see more and more of these transformations. Welcome them with great joy, with Love and with recognition for the work you have accomplished which allows you this transformation. You will have a great deal of recognition and Love for yourself and for the Source.

"At the moment, there is great turbulence, like very powerful cosmic winds. These cosmic winds generate transformational energies which destabilize. The more you go toward these transformations, the less you will be hit by these cosmic winds. Instead of being swept up like leaves, you will rise very smoothly, you will move anywhere you wish without any constraint (of course, this is an image).

"There are also very powerful infusions of Christic Energy. They are being given to man so that you can open your hearts wide, so you prepare yourselves to host the Divine Love within you, Divine Love which will illuminate this world.

"Your big Brother of Love is getting very active at the moment and his immense vessel of light has never been so close to the Earth."
