"Look at what is happening on Earth, pay special attention! Unfortunately, an enormous part of what befalls your world is hidden from you, among others our presence and that of our vessels in several parts of the world. When the time really comes for you and for us, nothing will any longer be hidden, everything will be revealed, the former world will be consumed and the new world will finally light up.

"In this new world, all souls who have understood what life really is will have an important role to play. On this world or on another and according to the plan of life that you have chosen, you will also have an important role to play.

"Even if at times you feel that you are stagnating, that you are not making progress, it is simply that the seed is resting prior to growing further. Intellectually you have integrated many things, and now, little by little, you must apply whatever you have acquired in your intellect to your daily life. Do not try to do so by doing violence to what you are – to your intellect, to your personality, to your heart – by asking your heart to love the way your mind or your personality would wish! Let everything simply be nurtured within you, let everything you have acquired blossom and take hold permanently within your consciousness, within your heart.

"Each day the world changes: you do not see it because you do not have a global view. However, when you look back to reflect on all you have understood and integrated, you will realize how wonderful the road has been. Of course, there will always be obstacles in your way, and this until you have completely understood and integrated everything we have taught you. We understand that this is very difficult because it requires a great deal of mastery of yourself, of your thoughts, of your feelings, and also what is very difficult for you: to master your emotions.

"To masteris not to repress things within you, it is to move them in the right direction. To master something is not to lock it up. Quite the contrary, it is to free it in a way that will help you progress. The mastery of thought is to master each thought that is not generous, that is not fraternal, that is not of Love or of compassion. One must also master one's anger, one's emotional states which sometimes pull one down (master in a way to understand and to transcend).

"If you repress a thought that escapes from you, a thought that made you suffer, you lock it in, you do not let it go. If you master it, you give this thought its freedom, yet you transcend it – that is to say you transmute the energy emitted by this thought or emotion into energy of light.

"You are your own cleansers. There are intergalactic cleansers, but you can be your own cleansers as well.

"Every time a thought escapes from you or an emotion destabilizes you, send a lot of light and Love on it and bring it back to your Divine Center so that this thought turns into pure energy, into Energy of Love. Call this thought, this energy back, to consume it with your inner fire.

"In so doing, thoughts, feelings and emotions that disturb you are brought back to your own Source where they are recast.

"You can simply say to your feelings and emotions: ‘I am sending all the Christic Love, all the Love of the Divine within me to this thought, to this emotion, and I am bringing it back to my inner center so that it is being transformed by the Divine Presence or by the Christic Presence or by the Divine Child which is within me.'

"Each person will choose his or her words. You must simply have it in your consciousness to bring back what you have generated, what you have created, to your inner center, as this transforms your own energies.
